Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At Livom Interio, we strive to deliver premium-quality products while providing a smooth and hassle-free customer experience. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Our turnkey solutions may include services such as design consultation, shipping, warehousing, installation, debris removal, and project management.
As these services are performed specifically for your project, the associated service charges are included in the overall project cost and are non-refundable.
Livom Interio operates an Exchange-Only Policy. Products purchased from Livom Interio are not eligible for return or refund after delivery, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws. Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
Exchange Eligibility at a Glance
- Any damage, defect, discrepancy, or exchange-related concern must be reported to Livom Interio within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original delivered condition and eligible for resale.
- Customized, made-to-order, altered, used, or damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
- Service charges, including design consultation, shipping, installation, warehousing, debris removal, project management, and related services, are non-refundable.
- All exchange requests are subject to product inspection, review, and approval by Livom Interio.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Livom Interio does not offer returns or refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- No refunds, credits, reimbursements, or partial refunds will be issued for exchanged products, regardless of any difference in product value.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To report a damage, defect, discrepancy, or exchange-related concern, please contact Livom Interio Customer Support within the applicable reporting period and provide your order number along with details of your request.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including inspection requirements, exchange arrangements, and replacement product selection, where applicable.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of an exchange. All requests are subject to review and approval by Livom Interio in accordance with this policy.
Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, our team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement based on your preferences and project requirements. A designer may be assigned to help guide the selection process, similar to the original design consultation.
If there is any difference in price between the original product and the replacement product, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with the exchange.
If the replacement product has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange is completed.
If the replacement product has a lower price than the original product, no refund, credit, reimbursement, or adjustment will be issued for the price difference. The exchange will be processed as a replacement transaction, and you acknowledge and accept any difference in value.
Furniture
• Products must be in their original delivered condition, free from stains, damage, alterations, excessive wear, or missing components.
• Any exchange-related concern must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• If the item is part of a furniture set, all components of the set must be exchanged together.
• Exchange approval is subject to product inspection, review, and replacement product availability.
• Any applicable shipping, pickup, handling, restocking, exchange, or service charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
Decor & Accessories
• Products must be in their original delivered condition.
• Any exchange-related concern must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Exchange approval is subject to product inspection, review, and replacement product availability.
• Any applicable exchange-related charges will be communicated before processing.
Move-In Kit Products
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Opened, installed, used, or repackaged Move-In Kit products are not eligible for exchange.
• Any exchange-related concern must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Exchange approval is subject to product inspection, review, and replacement product availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products that have been altered, modified, or specially manufactured for a customer.
• Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper installation.
• Products showing signs of use, excessive wear, or missing parts.
• Opened, installed, or used Move-In Kit products.
• Clearance, final-sale, promotional, or otherwise designated non-exchangeable products.
All custom-made, built-to-order, or personalized products are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled or exchanged once production has commenced, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
Pre-Dispatch Verification & Delivery Inspection
To help ensure product quality and order accuracy, Livom Interio may, at its sole discretion and where reasonably practicable, arrange a video call with the customer before packaging and dispatch. During this call, the customer may inspect the completed product and confirm its condition, specifications, finishes, dimensions, and overall appearance prior to shipment.
The absence of a pre-dispatch video call shall not affect the validity of the order, delivery, exchange eligibility, or any rights and obligations under this policy.
Upon delivery, customers are strongly encouraged to record a clear and continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened until the product has been fully unpacked and inspected. This documentation may assist in the review of claims relating to transit damage, manufacturing defects, missing items, incorrect products, or other delivery discrepancies.
Failure to provide reasonable evidence of damage, defects, shortages, or delivery discrepancies may affect Livom Interio’s ability to evaluate and approve an exchange or replacement request.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or not as ordered, please notify Livom Interio within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To assist us in evaluating the issue, please provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the damage, defect, shortage, or discrepancy.
Livom Interio reserves the right to inspect, verify, and investigate all claims before determining the appropriate resolution.
Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, Livom Interio may, at its sole discretion, arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, replacement part, or another reasonable remedy based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
An exchange or replacement is not guaranteed solely because a request has been submitted.
Additional Terms
Livom Interio reserves the right to refuse any exchange, replacement, repair, or claim request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
Products submitted for exchange must be in a condition that permits resale. Products determined to be damaged, altered, incomplete, improperly installed, misused, neglected, or otherwise non-resalable may be deemed ineligible for exchange.
Livom Interio reserves the right to verify the condition of products and assess eligibility for exchange, repair, replacement, or any other remedy before approving a request.
Any exchange, replacement, repair, or approved remedy under this policy is subject to product availability, manufacturing lead times, and applicable service, handling, transportation, or installation charges.
Livom Interio’s decision regarding eligibility for exchange, repair, replacement, or any other remedy shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
This Exchange Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province, state, or country in which Livom Interio operates or where the sale is made, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy, including exchanges, repairs, replacements, or product claims, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the applicable province, state, or territory where Livom Interio conducts its business operations.
