You get unlimited revisions. We don’t move forward until you genuinely love every element. Most clients are happy with the initial draft and need 2–3 rounds of refinement to reach perfection.
Q. Is the design fee refundable?
The design fee is non-refundable because real design work begins the moment you pay. However, we protect you fully with unlimited revisions — so you are always guaranteed a design you love.
Q. Can I source the furniture myself using your design?
Absolutely. Your package includes a complete, detailed product list with links and dimensions. You are free to purchase everything yourself, or let us handle procurement and installation — your choice.
Q. How long does the process take?
Initial design is delivered within 24–48 hours for a single room, and 48–72 hours for the entire home. With revisions, most clients finalise their design within one week. White Glove installation is typically scheduled 1–3 weeks after design approval.
Q. Do you work with furnished spaces?
Yes. We can work around existing pieces you want to keep, or do a complete refresh — whatever your goal is. Just let your designer know during the discovery call.
Q. What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Goa. Design services (without installation) are available pan-India. Reach out and we’ll confirm availability for your location.
