On average, anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Once you’ve submitted a design request and have a call with one of our design consultants, you’ll receive a custom proposal in 2-3 business days. We’ll revise this proposal based on your feedback and it may take 1-2 weeks depending on the number of revisions. Once you’re happy with the final package and have placed an order, delivery will occur in 2-4 weeks.
We charge a design fee of $300 to create the design package. Your design package price will depend on the size of your space (how much furniture you need) as well as which items you select (pricier and higher quality vs. more affordable). Yes! The cost of delivery and assembly is wrapped into your final package. All you pay is a single fee to Livom, which covers the entire installation process including your new furniture, design, delivery, and assembly. We have a network of trusted delivery partners who will deliver and assemble for you.
We cover most cities in the continental U.S. (not including Hawaii & Alaska) and Canada (not including Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut). Livom relies on a fast and reliable supply chain network to ship products to warehouses across the continent. Your delivery lead time will range from 2-4 weeks after your order is placed.
